Annuleringsbeleid voor reserveringen

In the case that the client needs to cancel their reservation, the establishment has the right to charge the client for any administration fees the result from said cancellation, considering the following conditions:

• Cancelation more than 1 day before arrival: the total amount paid at the time of reservation will be retained by the establishment till the end of the calendar year for another reservation, when not been used the amount paid  will become void.
• Cancelation 1 day before the arrival: 100% of the total amount paid at the time of reservation will be retained by the establishment.
